Make your mark at one of the biggest names in payments. We’re looking for a Software Engineer I to join our ever-evolving Document Generation team and help us unleash the potential of every business. This position is hybrid 3-days per week in either our Cincinnati, OH, Jacksonville, FL or Atlanta, GA offices. This position is not eligible for remote work

Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering, computer science or other related discipline and up to 3 years of experience or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience.
• Exstream Dialogue development experience.
• Mastery of 1 or more programming languages; willingness and ability to learn and master both new and legacy technologies.
• Knowledge of Agile development principles.
• Excellent analytical, decision-making, problem-solving, team, and time management skills
• Positive outlook, strong work ethic, and responsiveness to internal and external clients and contacts.

Nice To Haves

• TSO, JCL, SAS, COBOL, C#, Linux, Linux Scripting, PowerShell or Code-1 experience.
• Microsoft Teams experience.
• Mainframe experience.

Responsibilities

• Development of Exstream Dialogue applications that generate billing statements, reports, dispute notices, and collection letters.
• Support the Code-1 application that provides delivery point validation and address scrubbing.
• Mastery of multiple programming languages and technologies, as required.
• Collaboration with product and design teams to deliver high-quality documents by incorporating feedback to continuously improve content and presentation.
• Active participation in Agile Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives, to ensure continuous improvement and effective team collaboration.
