Requirements

  • Proven experience in software engineering with strong technical acumen in object-oriented programming and platform design.
  • Expertise in API design, component services, and iterative development methodologies.
  • Proficiency in debugging, continuous development, and delivering scoped features or models.
  • Ability to analyze requirements, perform root cause analysis, and develop sustainable technical solutions.
  • Experience with documentation-based coding and implementing telemetry features.
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD automation, and testing strategies.
  • Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and support project delivery.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, computer information systems, software engineering, or related area and 2 years’ experience in software engineering or related area.
  • 4 years’ experience in software engineering or related area.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define high-level designs and translate requirements into technical solutions for small to medium projects.
  • Develop, test, and maintain code ensuring compliance with quality, security, and scalability standards.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve production issues through root cause analysis and coordinated action plans.
  • Create and execute test cases, perform defect management, and conduct regression testing to ensure software reliability.
  • Support continuous integration and delivery by automating routine tasks and monitoring application performance.
  • Mentor and guide small engineering teams, providing technical direction and documentation.
  • Communicate project status and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and sustainable solutions.
