About The Position

As the Software Project Coordinator, you will manage embedded software development projects (no hardware/cross-domain responsibility) within a highly regulated, innovative medical device environment. Your role: Lead and manage embedded software development projects from concept to delivery, with responsibilities strictly within the software domain Build and maintain Gantt charts for software projects; use MS Project to develop and manage detailed project schedules Track risks, issues, and dependencies exclusively within the software scope Ensure all software deliverables meet Philips quality standards and regulatory requirements (e.g., ISO 13485, IEC 62304) You're the right fit if: You’ve acquired 5+ years of experience in embedded software development and project management experience focused on embedded software/firmware projects Experience in regulated industries (preferably medical devices) Your skills include a strong understanding of embedded software system development life cycles and familiarity with software programming languages (e.g., C, C++, Python) Skilled use of project management tools (MS Project, ADO, Office, JIRA, Confluence) specifically for software deliverable You have a Bachelor's in areas such as Software Development, Software Design and Architecture, Testing and Quality Assurance or equivalent OR no prior experience required with master’s degree You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position . Philips Transparency Details The pay range for this position in Murrysville, PA is $113,000 to $180,000. The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity. In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
