The Oracle CX Portal Solution Architect is responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing customer experience (CX) solutions using Oracle's suite of CX applications. This includes portals for Commerce, Service, Field Service, CPQ, and Digital Customer Service. The architect collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure solutions align with business goals and deliver exceptional customer engagement

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science (B.S) Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field Required
  • 5+ years Oracle CX solution architecture Required
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle CX modules: Commerce Cloud, Service Cloud, Field Service Cloud, CPQ.
  • Strong understanding of solution architecture principles and enterprise SaaS ecosystems.
  • Experience with API integrations, microservices, and cloud platforms (Oracle Cloud, AWS, Azure).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience integrating Oracle CX with ERP systems (Oracle Fusion, SAP).
  • Exposure to CRM platforms like Salesforce.
  • Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Ability to work in client-facing roles and manage expectations effectively.

Nice To Haves

  • Oracle Certifications in CX or CPQ Preferred

Responsibilities

  • Lead the architecture and implementation of Oracle CX portals and applications (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Field Service Cloud, CPQ, etc.).
  • Design scalable, secure, and high-performing CX solutions tailored to client requirements.
  • Develop architecture diagrams, solution design documents, and integration blueprints.
  • Configure Oracle CX solutions including routing, filters, and plugins.
  • Integrate CX portals with backend systems such as Oracle Fusion Order Management, ERP, and CRM platforms.
  • Conduct stakeholder workshops and strategy sessions to gather requirements and align solutions.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development and implementation teams.
  • Stay current with Oracle CX product updates and industry trends.
  • Consistently models the Company values and expected behaviors.
  • Other duties as assigned.
