About The Position

As a Spa Receptionist, you will set the stage for guest experience with your welcoming smile and service. By understanding their unique stories and needs, you will own their experience to create WOW moments and memories they will carry with them far beyond their stay with us.

Requirements

  • Excellent customer service skills and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with all business contacts
  • Perception and awareness of individual needs and the ability to handle all situations calmly and professionally
  • Basic knowledge computer software to include Outlook, MS Word, and Excel, as well as office equipment, i.e. telephone, copier, fax machine
  • High School Diploma, GED or equivalent required
  • One or more years of relevant experience in a resort or similar setting

Responsibilities

  • Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service, in alignment with S.H.O.W. Service Basics and exceed guest expectations
  • Assist Management in staff scheduling based on the needs of our guests along with the daily and monthly staff performance
  • Meet with Management every week and assist in conducting pre-shifts/meetings/communicating valuable information
  • Provide services including but not limited to, assisting all guests with Spa and/or Salon appointments
  • Promote and sell service treatments, enhancements, upgrades and retail products
