The individual will be responsible for student management and services to Special Education students in a substantially separate program. The individual must have the experience and ability to deliver an individualized, functional and academic curriculum, collect and analyze assessment data, write and implement IEP plans, student support or behavior plans. The individual will work collaboratively and cohesively with general education teachers in a team format. A high degree of professionalism, passion for teaching and learning, highly effective communication skills, and demonstration of cultural proficiency is necessary.
