In this relationship-focused role, you’ll cultivate employer partnerships, generate job leads, and guide participants toward meaningful careers.
Requirements
- High school diploma/GED required; degree or coursework in business or HR a plus.
- 2–3 years of sales, business development, or staffing/recruiting experience.
- Strong communication and relationship management skills.
Nice To Haves
- CRM/Salesforce proficiency preferred
- bilingual Spanish/English a plus
Responsibilities
- Engage and develop employer accounts across high-demand industries.
- Match participants to employment opportunities and provide coaching support.
- Coordinate recruitment events and hiring fairs.
- Maintain accurate data and ensure compliance with funder and program standards.
