In this relationship-focused role, you’ll cultivate employer partnerships, generate job leads, and guide participants toward meaningful careers.

Requirements

  • High school diploma/GED required; degree or coursework in business or HR a plus.
  • 2–3 years of sales, business development, or staffing/recruiting experience.
  • Strong communication and relationship management skills.

Nice To Haves

  • CRM/Salesforce proficiency preferred
  • bilingual Spanish/English a plus

Responsibilities

  • Engage and develop employer accounts across high-demand industries.
  • Match participants to employment opportunities and provide coaching support.
  • Coordinate recruitment events and hiring fairs.
  • Maintain accurate data and ensure compliance with funder and program standards.
