About The Position

The Client Services Department is seeking a hospitality-focused individual who can help create premium-level experiences at Fenway Park. Working specifically with our Dell Technologies Club Members, this position will strive to build customer loyalty and satisfaction by delivering unique experiences, creating relationships through personal touch points and by providing clear and consistent communication to secure our clients' long-term commitment. The ideal candidate will have hospitality or sales experience and help bring a fresh perspective to our team, while continuing to develop the premium brand. The base salary range for this position is $55,000-$65,000 based on relevant experience. Additionally, this position qualifies for annual incentive pay along with our comprehensive benefits package.

Requirements

  • Demonstrates a strong understanding of the distinction between service and hospitality, with a commitment to delivering thoughtful, personalized experiences.
  • Bachelor’s degree with 2-4 years of experience in sports management, customer service, hospitality and/or sales preferred.
  • Ability to stay organized, process-oriented, and innovative.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with Salesforce or a CRM based platform preferred, ProVenue or ticket based program preferred.
  • Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for all Dell Technologies Club Members, developing loyalty through consistent and personalized communication.
  • Possess an understanding of professional sports hospitality, a proven track record in client relationship development and the ability to retain revenue through club contract renewals.
  • Assist in developing and executing member renewal strategies focused on expanding and enhancing amenities, while effectively navigating challenging conversations to achieve positive outcomes and strengthen long-term relationships.
  • Oversee all aspects of the Dell Technologies Club including the food and beverage service, club layout and presentation so that the club adheres to our premium level standards.
  • Execute the day-to-day amenities and benefits associated with the membership plan.
  • Facilitate the organization’s gifting programs, including coordination and execution of the Opening Day mailer, as well as milestone recognition and holiday gifting initiatives.
  • Work in close collaboration with the Associate and Game Day Operations teams to ensure all departments are appropriately staffed and operationally prepared for each event.
  • Research and understand the continued development of premium memberships in the sporting world.
