As Specialist, Activation, you will assist in building media buys in platform, across multiple channels. This role will be responsible for planning, building and executing media plans on social and video partners. The ideal candidate combines cultural awareness, analytical yet out-of -the-box thinking, understands how gaming audiences behave across platforms, and can translate business objectives into tactical plans across platforms, not viewing platforms in isolation but as a whole that work together towards our larger goals. You will operate as an expert on your platforms, and help us retain agility on platforms that we find key to success. Beat over beat and title over title you will be looked upon for insights, optimizations and growth opportunities to chase to ensure we don't stay stagnant but are continuously growing.

Requirements

  • 2–4+ years of experience in paid media activation or performance marketing in platform
  • Direct platform experience in at least 3 of the following: Meta, TikTok, Google Ads, YouTube, Snapchat, Twitch, or DSPs.
  • Strong understanding of performance marketing KPIs and attribution models.
  • Proficiency in AI, Microsoft Suite,Google Sheets; experience with reporting dashboards (Looker, Tableau, etc.) a plus.
  • Experience managing budgets in the $500K+ range preferred.
  • Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

  • Building, launching, and managing paid media campaigns across platforms including Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Google Ads, Twitch, Amazon, and programmatic partners.
  • Implementing audience targeting strategies including first-party data, lookalike modeling, contextual targeting, and interest-based segments.
  • Ensuring proper campaign setup, naming conventions, tracking, and QA prior to launch.
  • Working with regional teams to ensure global cohesion
  • Monitoring campaign performance daily and optimize toward KPIs including CPM, CPV, CTR, CPI, ROAS, and engagement metrics.
  • Conducting A/B testing on creative, copy, targeting, and bidding strategies.
  • Analyzing funnel performance and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and scale.
  • Partnering with analytics to ensure accurate tracking, tagging, and attribution.
  • Developing weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
  • Translating data into clear recommendations for stakeholders.
  • Partnering with Ops, Brand, Social, and Influencer teams to align on messaging and asset needs.
  • Collaborating with platform partners to unlock new beta opportunities and best practices.
  • Supporting campaign planning for major beats including game launches, seasonal updates, and promotional moments.
