About The Position

Your role is important and below are some of the fundamental job duties that make your work unique. What your day-to-day will be like: Responsible for managing the pipeline of hotels required to join RMCC in compliance with brand standards and track and manage the waiver process Collaborate with internal Sales & Revenue Management leaders to understand service models to ensure alignment in onboarding, workforce planning and other elements that impact the activation of hotels required to join You will engage with hotel teams and owners on all stages of RMCC contracting—from initial engagement inquiries through termination exit interview You will support customer success efforts through customer communications and other partner engagement initiatives Accurate data entry and hygiene in RMCC's CRM system (Salesforce) How you will collaborate with others: Attend stand-up calls and team meetings with Business Development team to align on objectives and update team on current progress and roadblocks Partner with hotel teams and owners to ensure they understand and follow the pathway to activate services in the RMCC Support new projects with other internal teams designed to improve RMCC business functions and/or services What projects you will take ownership of: Manage pipeline and execute contracts for inbound hotels joining RMCC and LMS Services, track and maintain waivers in CRM system, and partner with internal Hilton teams to ensure implementation of RMCC brand standards

Requirements

  • One (1) year of work experience in Hospitality or related field
  • Collaborative and love building and maintaining relationships
  • Experience in managing complex workflows and business processes
  • Strong organizational and time management skillset

Nice To Haves

  • One (1) year of project support experience, working in hospitality Revenue Management and/or working in hospitality group sales
  • Customer relationship management experience (CRM) / B2B partnership relationship experience
  • Storytelling with data experience
  • Previous Salesforce experience
