Who You Are: As Senior Manager on the Beverage team, you will be accountable for Target across our beverage line-up. This role will report directly to the Vice President of National Accounts-Large Format. Candidates should be located in or around the surrounding Minneapolis, Minnesota area.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 5+ years of CPG experience, beverage preferred, calling on headquarter buyers at Target.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Strong background in Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point.
  • Ability to travel 25%
  • Knowledge of DSD systems within the Beverage industry.
  • High IRI and Syndicated data usage knowledge.
  • Experience in building a strategic Joint business plan (JBP) with WM
  • Thrive in a team-selling environment.
  • Valid Driver's License, current vehicle liability insurance, and driving record within Organizations MVR policy guidelines.

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of MULO measured channels a plus.
  • Broker management experience

Responsibilities

  • Cultivate and maintain effective business relationships with Target merchant team members.
  • Drive volume, revenue and share across the Nutrabolt Beverage portfolio at Target.
  • Plan out monthly, quarterly, and yearly price, package and promotion planning with Target. Adjust as necessary to maximize ROI.
  • Utilize sales data to identify opportunities to meet and exceed annual goals.
  • Work cross-functionally with Keurig Dr Pepper National Account team members, internal finance, commercial strategy, RGM, and distribution teams to plan, track and measure overall business.
  • Align with Supply Chain to ensure correct planning and forecasting.
  • Manage total trade budgets by brand/account.
  • Work directly with Shopper Marketing to develop conversion tactics and specific programming.
  • Work with DSD team to ensure all monthly promotional activity is being leveraged and executed (90% + level).
