Primary Objectives: Client Success: Your journey begins with day one, where you will collaborate closely with our internal teams to provide clients with a white-glove service. Your role is instrumental in driving the next phase of growth for our team. Data-Driven Impact: As a driven and passionate account manager, your primary focus will be on understanding your clients' objectives and empowering them to make informed decisions using data from the largest panels in the industry. You'll be responsible for monitoring progress and forecasts and creating a robust pipeline of opportunities. Relationship Building: Building and nurturing relationships is at the heart of your role. You'll expand your reach within each account, ensuring that every client is delighted with the Prodege experience. Your success depends on your ability to promote Prodege internally to other colleagues and departments. This will involve numerous touchpoints, including review meetings, catch-ups, quick and accurate bids and proposals, and offering support for any challenges your clients may encounter. Targets: Your primary objective is to meet and exceed targets by developing a healthy and active pipeline.
