About The Position

This role will assist the accounting teams through extensive research and analysis around payroll reconciliation items.

Requirements

• A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience.
• 2+ years of experience with Payroll Accounting
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications, ADP, SAP

Responsibilities

• Investigating and resolving payroll reconciling items timely for all business unit
• Act as a liaison between payroll accounting with the payroll SMEs for Tax, benefits, overpayments, operations, executives to identify corrections to the process
• Research Stale dated checks, work with payroll operations to submit request for void and reissue
• Assist with Out of Sequence (OOS) entries in EV5
• Tracking and reporting on open reconciling items
• Participate in critical projects, collaborating with Payroll Operations, Payroll Tax, HR, Benefits Finance, 3rd party vendors, Digital Technology, Internal Controls and the Business Units
• Assist with internal and external auditor requests
• Act as a resource for other Payroll Accounting team members to analyze and develop solutions to a variety of complex problems due to common reconciliations issues.
• This position will reference written work instructions for guidance with daily job activities.
