Role Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced LNP Scientist to join our team. This position will be responsible for preparing novel LNPs for research use. Including the upstream process and downstream purification process. This position requires a high level of competence, strong scientific background and hand on experience on Lipid Nanoparticles production and characterization, and commitment to this role.
Requirements
- Master or above in Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Synthetic Biology, Microbiology, Biomedical Engineering, or related biomedical field with a minimum of 3-year experience in the pharmaceutical company, biotech or related industries
- 1+ years of hand on LNP preparation experience in biotechnology production sector is required
- Demonstrated initiative and pursuit of successful collaborative projects with interdisciplinary team
- Excellent time management skills with commitment to ensure completion of tasks
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Self-motivated and passionate.
- Comfortable to work in a fast-paced work environment
Responsibilities
- Work closely with department leaders to develop and execute production schedules to deliver orders on time and efficiently with quality
- Lead the complicated LNP production process and optimize the production workflow and upgrade the process to improve the delivery capabilities and customers’ satisfaction.
- Proactively identifying and resolving common root causes of issues and addressing those to improve the overall quality of production stability.
- Provide operational technical leadership to production team, including training, coaching team members’ technical skills and team capability improvement.
- Support tech transfer and process optimization to ensure quality of new product beta testing and launching, SOP improvement.
