About The Position

L3Harris Technologies is seeking an Operations Integrator (OI) to support our AMF North facility. In this role, you will provide tactical, day‑to‑day operational support to Product Managers (PDMs) and Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) to drive efficient execution and maintain alignment across production activities. This role focuses on expediting tasks, tracking cross‑functional handoffs, and ensuring operational readiness throughout program and product lifecycle milestones. The Operations Integrator serves as a key enabler for smooth production IPT operations by coordinating information flow, monitoring action closure, and helping maintain schedule and execution discipline.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior manufacturing experience. Graduate Degree or equivalent with 0 to 2 years of prior manufacturing experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 6 years of prior manufacturing experience.
  • Ability to obtain a US Security Clearance.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Composite Manufacturing in the Aerospace industry is highly desired.
  • Prior military experience is highly desirable.
  • Experience with Missile Defense Agency (MDA) programs.
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
  • PMP or systems engineering certification (CSEP, INCOSE).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Ability to work effectively across multiple organizations and stakeholder groups.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
  • Active DOD Secret Security Clearance is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Track and facilitate operational handoffs across functions (Manufacturing, Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality, etc.).
  • Expedite issue resolution by connecting the right stakeholders and monitoring closure of actions.
  • Support daily/weekly IPT operations, including agenda prep, action tracking, and ensuring follow‑through.
  • Maintain alignment between IPT needs and PDM priorities through consistent communication and updates.
  • Monitor production‑related requirements, updates, and changes; escalate risks or misalignments to the PDM.
  • Maintain traceability between operational tasks, program milestones, and technical deliverables.
  • Support the PDM in verification and validation tracking as it relates to operational readiness.
  • Identify potential conflicts between operations activities and technical or schedule constraints.
  • Maintain operational schedules, action logs, trackers, and maturity readiness checklists.
  • Prepare and deliver consolidated operational status updates to PDMs and IPT leadership.
  • Document lessons learned, risks, and process improvements; maintain organized operational records.
  • Support preparation for program reviews, audits, and internal/external milestone events.
  • Coordinate with Supply Chain, Logistics, and Production Control to ensure material availability and operational supportability.
  • Track maintenance and sustainment considerations and ensure they are integrated into operational planning.
  • Monitor logistics‑related risks, shortages, and impacts, and communicate promptly to the PDM and IPT leads.
