Your role at Baxter As a Sr. Business Operations Analyst, you will lead and take ownership of advanced analytical support, performance reporting, and field sales variable compensation calculations for Baxter's US sales teams. This position involves working closely with sales leaders, finance, human resources, and incentive compensation leadership to build and develop annual compensation plans, sales contest plans, and quarterly promotional plans aligned with our strategic goals.
