About The Position

We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Senior Contracted Recruiter / TA Manager to build, scale, and optimize our recruiting function. This role will own full-cycle recruiting while also driving talent strategy, employer branding, and process improvements. The ideal candidate is both a strong recruiter and a proactive leader who can partner closely with executives and hiring managers to deliver top talent in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • Strong full-cycle recruiter who is highly hands-on (“doer” mindset)
  • Experience operating in a non-transactional, highly collaborative recruiting environment
  • Ability to balance execution + mentorship + strategy
  • Data-driven thinker who values metrics and insights
  • Experience leading, mentoring, or influencing recruiters (formal management not required)
  • Comfortable stepping into ambiguity and a fast-paced, evolving environment

Nice To Haves

  • Industry experience is a plus, but not required

Responsibilities

  • Hands-On Recruiting Execution
  • Step in to support active requisitions and alleviate bandwidth constraints across the team
  • Source, screen, and manage candidates across roles (non-transactional, full ownership model)
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to problem-solve hiring challenges and drive outcomes
  • Contribute to sourcing strategies, including creative approaches and Boolean search methodologies
  • Team Support & Mentorship
  • Act as a mentor and resource for a team of recruiters who are currently stretched
  • Provide guidance on requisition strategy, stakeholder management, and recruiting best practices
  • Support team development while not initially coming in as a formal “manager” title
  • Help elevate the overall capability of the team over time
  • Strategic Talent Partnership
  • Operate as a true business partner (not a transactional recruiter environment)
  • Collaborate with leadership on hiring strategy, prioritization, and workforce needs
  • Utilize data and insights to inform recruiting decisions and improve outcomes
  • Bring structure, ideas, and best practices to a growing and evolving TA function
  • Process & Systems
  • Support continued optimization following a recent ATS implementation
  • Introduce scalable recruiting practices, tools, and workflows
  • Lead or facilitate initiatives such as sourcing workshops, training sessions, or process improvements
