About The Position

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Corporate FP&A Partner to join the Tailored Brands Corporate FP&A team. As a trusted finance partner to cross-functional teams, this individual will manage forecasting calendars, build and maintain planning templates, and guide functional business teams through consistent and insight-driven financial reviews. This role is also a key owner and point of contact for the financial planning system (Hyperion).

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance/accounting or similar field
  • 8+ years of FP&A experience
  • Financial statement (income statement, balance sheet & cash flow statement) modeling and analysis experience
  • Self-starter with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated ability to work with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with all levels internally and externally
  • Ability to prioritize, problem solve, take initiative, and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office programs including Word, Excel, and Outlook

Responsibilities

  • Provide financial support for Corporate SG&A business functions, including but not limited to HR, Finance, and Legal.
  • Play a key role in the annual budget by leading the process to collect and analyze expense budget submissions.
  • Coordinate forecast inputs, adjustments, and changes for corporate functions.
  • Manage the monthly close process with external business partners and internal stakeholders. Prepare materials and lead the monthly financial results meeting for supported business areas.
  • Interpret actual results and provide clear and concise variance analysis. Incorporate functional KPIs and contemplate strategic initiatives as needed to provide meaningful financial insights.
  • Establish strong working relationships with functional business partners, helping them navigate the financial details of their business as a trusted financial partner.
  • Own and maintain key Hyperion inputs/planning drivers and calculations.
  • Ad hoc project related tasks as needed, including but not limited to providing RFP support, validating new/renewed contract financials, participating in relevant vendor meetings, etc.
  • Additional duties as assigned
