About The Position

Worldpac is seeking a highly experienced Senior Director of ERP Solutions to lead the strategy, delivery, and ongoing optimization of its Oracle Fusion Cloud application landscape in a large-scale, high-volume distribution environment. This role is responsible for ensuring Oracle Fusion ERP, Procurement, EPM, and Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence (Oracle AI Data Platform) are optimized and configured to effectively enable Worldpac’s fast growing finance, procurement, analytics and performance management operations. Reporting directly to the CIO, this leader will play a critical role in Worldpac’s enterprise growth journey, driving platform stability, scalability, integration, and data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 15+ years of experience in ERP software implementation and management, data analytics, business intelligence, and other related areas, with at least 5 years in a leadership role or equivalent consulting delivery to leaders in equivalent levels.
  • Team leadership, development and management experience including teams of direct reports and contractors, and a proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.
  • Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Very strong presentation skills with the ability to convey complex technical information clearly.
  • Proven understanding and expertise in data warehousing (Snowflake strongly preferred), Power BI development, ERP platform data tools, data visualization tools (Tableau, etc.), and ETL tools such as Talend.
  • High level of experience working in an agile environment for application management and delivery, including agile processes and use of Jira/Confluence
  • Demonstrated experience working with large enterprise legacy systems, including interfaces, data governance and data quality.
  • Experience with data governance and data catalog tools/platforms. Strong understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and data visualization best practices.
  • Experience with data governance, security, and compliance in a cloud environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in the automotive or other distribution/wholesale industries.
  • Leadership in data and analytics in Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP environments
  • Familiarity with development and IT tools (e.g. SQL, Python, code repositories, Jira, Confluence, etc.).
  • Project management or other relevant certifications (e.g. PMP, Agile).

Responsibilities

  • Define and own the enterprise roadmap, application management, architecture, and governance for Oracle Fusion ERP, Procurement, EPM, and Oracle AI Data Platform.
  • Partner with executive leadership across IT, Finance, Supply Chain, and Operations to align Oracle capabilities with business strategy and growth objectives.
  • Establish standards, policies, and operating models for application lifecycle management, security, compliance, and continuous improvement.
  • Lead Oracle Fusion capabilities supporting large-scale distribution operations, including interfaces to legacy systems for inventory management, procurement, supplier management, and logistics-related financial processes.
  • Ensure Oracle Fusion Procurement supports high-volume purchasing, supplier collaboration, sourcing, and Procure-to-Pay efficiency.
  • Enable real-time visibility into supply chain performance through tightly integrated ERP and analytics solutions.
  • Lead large-scale Oracle Fusion ERP, Procurement, and EPM projects, upgrades, and ongoing configuration improvements in a complex enterprise environment.
  • Manage Oracle applications project development/configuration requests through mature governance processes including backlog grooming and other agile processes and activities, leveraging Jira and Confluence
  • Ensure application availability, performance, data integrity, and compliance with audit and SOX requirements.
  • Define processes and monitor KPIs related to close cycles, system efficiency, and system reliability.
  • Manage relationships with Oracle, Oracle ecosystem, and systems integrator/consulting relationships, ensuring accountability for delivery quality, scope, cost, and outcomes.
  • Oversee Oracle Fusion EPM capabilities, including planning, budgeting, forecasting, close, and management reporting.
  • Lead adoption of Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence (Oracle AI Data Platform) to deliver embedded analytics, executive dashboards, and operational insights.
  • Align Oracle analytics with enterprise data platforms such as Snowflake to support advanced reporting and decision support.
  • Partner with Enterprise Architecture to oversee integrations between Oracle Fusion platforms and the broader enterprise ecosystem.
  • Active management and administration of all Oracle integrations and interfaces including key systems such as legacy IBM iSeries Applications, Workday, Salesforce, Vertex, Snowflake, and numerous other applications.
  • Guide Oracle architectural decisions related to APIs, middleware, data pipelines, and reporting layers
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of data analysts, BI developers, and reporting specialists.
  • Select and retain A-level talent, prioritize their work and provide active oversight and management of their workload
  • Provide effective feedback, coach, counsel, and develop team members
