What you will have an opportunity to do: The Senior Director of Revenue Management (DORM) is responsible for maximizing top-line revenue at the property level through pricing strategy, demand forecasting, channel management, and systems oversight. This individual acts as the commercial lead on-property, collaborating with Sales, Marketing, Reservations, and Operations to ensure rate integrity, inventory optimization, and strategic alignment. The DORM also plays an important cross-functional role, supporting operations and reservations teams with systems training, distribution , and other commercial department interactions.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in hotel revenue management; property-level experience required. This experience must include multi-segment, multi-market, and total revenue management experience.
  • Strong working knowledge of RMS, CRS, PMS, and OTA platforms
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and system troubleshooting skills
  • Highly organized, collaborative, and comfortable interfacing with cross-functional teams
  • Capable of shifting between strategy and tactical execution daily

Responsibilities

  • Lead the property's pricing and yielding strategy across all segments and markets
  • Analyze daily pickup, pace, and forecast data to inform decisions
  • Monitor compset performance via STR and other benchmarking tools for all relevant compets to include destination, local, and scale.
  • Prepare 14-day and long-range operational forecasts for scheduling and planning
  • Support budget and forecast creation, commentary, and owner-facing performance reports
  • Manage rate loading and audits across RMS, CRS, extranets, and PMS
  • Monitor rate parity, troubleshooting channel discrepancies
  • Oversee content, blackout dates, cancellation policies, and inventory alignment across all booking platforms
  • Coordinate system health checks between RMS, CRS, extranets and PMS
  • Execute promotional campaigns in partnership with the Commercial Team
  • Participate in Executive Committee or Operations Stand-Ups to align forecasts with labor planning and guest experience
  • Provide occupancy insights to Housekeeping and Front Office based on demand forecasts
  • Support Rooms leadership in anticipating compression, early arrivals, and sell-out risks
  • In some instances, manage the on-site reservations team, including group housing.
  • Conduct Daily Business Review for Group Sales.
  • Conduct Weekly Group Scrub meeting.
  • Train and support Front Desk and Reservations agents on rate strategy, comps policy, and system navigation
  • Attend or lead weekly Commercial meetings; prepare agenda and reporting
  • Serve as primary point of contact for Market Managers and other Commercial parnters
  • Coordinate internal tasks with on-property leaders, as needed
