About the Role Intermedia is seeking a Field Marketing Manager to drive marketing growth through our channel partners. In this role, you’ll develop and execute go-to-market (GTM) strategies, co-marketing programs, and partner enablement campaigns that accelerate adoption of Intermedia’s intelligent cloud communications and collaboration solutions — including UCaaS, CCaaS, and productivity tools. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally with Channel Sales, Partner Enablement, and Product Marketing to deliver programs that align with business goals, strengthen SP relationships, and generate measurable revenue impact.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of B2B marketing experience, including channel or partner marketing with Service Providers, MSPs, or Telecom partners.
  • Strong understanding of indirect sales models and channel partner go-to-market dynamics.
  • Proven success building and executing joint marketing plans that drive partner-led revenue.
  • Excellent communication, relationship management, and project leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, Business Intelligence reporting, and marketing analytics tools.
  • Experience in cloud communications (UCaaS/CCaaS) preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute joint GTM strategies with channel partners to drive awareness, pipeline, and customer growth.
  • Design and deliver co-marketing campaigns — digital, events, webinars, and partner-led initiatives — using MDF and joint planning.
  • Collaborate with channel sales and partner success to enable partners through messaging, tools, and content that accelerate deal velocity.
  • Plan and manage regional and partner events, ensuring alignment with sales goals and measurable ROI.
  • Track and report on marketing performance and ROI, providing insights to optimize future programs.
