We are seeking a Senior Manager, AMER Field Marketing to drive strategic marketing programs that support pipeline creation and opportunity progression across the Americas. This role partners closely with Sales, SDR, Partnerships, and Marketing teams to activate high-impact programs that accelerate pipeline across Enterprise and Major segments. This position plays a critical role in translating regional pipeline insights into targeted marketing initiatives that generate net-new opportunities, expand influence within strategic accounts, and accelerate deals already in the funnel. The ideal candidate is a data-driven marketer who thrives at the intersection of strategy and execution, capable of orchestrating programs across teams and driving measurable pipeline outcomes.

Requirements

  • 6–8+ years of B2B marketing experience, including field marketing, demand generation, or regional marketing roles.
  • Experience supporting Enterprise and/or Major account sales teams in a high-growth SaaS or data/analytics environment.
  • Proven track record of building pipeline-generating marketing programs and influencing revenue outcomes.
  • Strong experience partnering with Sales, SDR, and Partnerships teams to drive coordinated go-to-market execution.
  • Experience designing account-based marketing (ABM) and field programs that engage priority accounts and buying groups.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret pipeline data, funnel performance, and campaign metrics.
  • Ability to translate strategic direction into practical programs and scalable execution frameworks.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, remote-first, global environment.
