Requirements

Minimum of 3 years of experience in HSE engineering.
In-depth knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations and best practices.
Proficiency in budget management and financial acumen.
Certification in HSE or a related field is a plus.
Willingness to travel 10-30% to Honeywell offices throughout the US.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor's degree in engineering, environmental science, or a related field.
ASP (Associate Safety Professional) or CSP (Certified Safety Professional) certification.

Responsibilities

Oversight of the office compliance program to ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations across all locations.
Conduct site-level risk assessments and collaborate with location teams to execute necessary actions and improvements.
Develop and implement comprehensive HSE strategies that align with the organization's mission, ensuring a culture of safety, health, and environmental responsibility.
Ensure that the organization complies with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations, permits, and certifications across all office locations.
