Job Overview The Senior Manager, Operations Strategies develops and implements strategies that optimize store operations, enhance the customer and colleague experience, and drive sales and profitability for Macy’s Inc. This role streamlines processes related to product flow, merchandise movement, pricing and signing, workload planning, fulfillment, RFID, and returns management. Success in this role requires effective communication, cross-functional collaboration, and talent development. The Senior Manager partners with store leaders, field teams, and corporate stakeholders across Stores Strategy, Merchandising, Supply Chain, Marketing, Technology, and more to drive operational excellence. Additionally, this role supports key initiatives within Stores Operations to improve efficiency and business performance.
