About The Position

Church & Dwight is seeking a Sr. National Account Manager to join our team. This role is responsible for directing and managing the Beauty business for Target, with brand responsibility for Hero, Batiste, and Viviscal. Work Environment Hybrid: This is a hybrid role based in Minneapolis, MN and requires in- person attendance on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, with remote work options on Mondays and Fridays.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field required
  • Must have a minimum 8-10 years of experience selling within CPG industry
  • Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Syndicated Data, Trade Promotion Management.

Responsibilities

  • Attainment of annual sales, trade-spending, and profit goals
  • Ability to analyze Syndicated and consumption data to help deliver overall goals.
  • Provide leadership, direction and support to Category Management & Deduction Specialist with regard to executing division goals and objectives
  • Responsible for overall financial management (Trade Spend, Deductions, Slotting, SG&A)
  • Build relationships at senior levels in key customers (Target) to maximize CHD results
  • Collaborate with internal sales and marketing executives
  • Assess talent of the organization on a regular basis and give feedback when necessary
