Position SummaryThe Senior Operations Manager is responsible for leading manufacturing and warehouse operations across the Ogden and Centerville facilities. This role ensures production targets, operational KPIs, quality standards, and safety requirements are consistently achieved while supporting continuous improvement and operational growth. The position partners closely with cross-functional teams including Production, Quality, Supply Chain, and EHS to optimize processes, improve efficiency, and maintain regulatory compliance.
