About The Position

This role is responsible for the day‑to‑day product execution of the FlexPLM platform and its integrations in support of consumer product development teams. This role serves as the primary bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams, translating business needs into well‑defined, prioritized backlog items and ensuring high‑quality delivery through Agile practices. This is a hands‑on individual contributor role focused on backlog ownership, requirements definition, sprint execution, and sustained platform health following implementation.

Requirements

Eight (8) to eleven (11) years of experience in Product Owner, Product Management, or technical project/program roles.
Experience with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) tools, ideally FlexPLM, and consumer product development lifecycles.
Hands on experience working with Agile delivery teams and strong understanding of Scrum, Kanban, or Lean methodologies.
Solid understanding of SDLC, system integrations, and enterprise application delivery.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem solving skills with high attention to detail.
Experience using JIRA, Confluence, and SharePoint.

Nice To Haves

Experience creating product roadmaps, dashboards, or executive‑level reporting.
Agile or product certifications (CSPO, CSM, PMP, or similar).

Responsibilities

Act as Product Owner for FlexPLM, owning feature prioritization, backlog refinement, and delivery of business value.
Build, manage, and continuously prioritize the product backlog based on business impact, risk, and dependencies.
Define clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and Definition of Done to support consistent delivery and quality outcomes.
Partner with development teams during sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives, validating completed work against acceptance criteria and business expectations.
Balance Agile delivery with appropriate planning discipline, applying Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid approaches as needed.
Identify delivery risks early and work proactively with cross‑functional partners to mitigate issues.
Gather and document business, functional, and system requirements from internal stakeholders and translate them into actionable backlog items.
Facilitate cross‑team discussions to align on scope, priorities, and dependencies, ensuring transparency and shared understanding.
Clearly communicate goals, tradeoffs, and expected outcomes to technical and non-technical audiences.
Support the ongoing evolution of the FlexPLM platform, including integrations with upstream and downstream business systems.
Partner with external vendors and internal application teams to ensure reliable, scalable solution outcomes.
Contribute to process improvement, standardization, and best‑practice documentation for product development workflows.
