Job Description: Establish and communicate the overarching product vision (North Star) for Alternative Title Solutions (ATS). Build and maintain a prioritized product roadmap that aligns with Portfolio Solution (PS) strategy and the larger long-term enterprise vision. Collaborate closely with the Business Product Manager (BPM) and Technical Product Manager (TPM) to align roadmap priorities with technical feasibility. Lead sprint development, providing clear direction to TPMs and engineering teams to ensure all technical requirements are met. Ensure technical product documentation is accessible. Distribute routine release notes capturing the user impact. Design and manage product integration across diverse channels, including APIs, digital storefronts, and cloud platforms. Perform hands-on UAT testing and provide the final formal sign-off for all new capabilities. Support high-stakes sales demonstrations. Closely partner with the BPM and discover solutions that address market problems through client engagement, research, and industry analysis. Assess and recommend distribution strategy for optimal client adoption and scalability. Drive product enhancements that increase profitability, ensuring contributes to revenue growth and EBITDA targets. Create and maintain detailed user personas to inform roadmap, requirements, and design decisions. Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for our products in cross-functional settings and advocate for customer needs.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of Product Management experience, ideally in B2B SaaS or data/analytics solutions.
  • Mortgage, real estate, and/or financial services industry background preferred.
  • Proven ability to translate market insights into product strategy and profitable outcomes.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise client onboarding, distribution models, and product lifecycle management according to the Pragmatic Institute Framework.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with various internal matrix teams.
  • Experience building personas, business cases, and launch strategies.
  • Analytical mindset with ability to measure product profitability and adoption KPIs.
  • Self-starter who thrives in a matrixed and high-growth environment.
