Job Responsibilities: Responsible for program growth and profitability. Responsible for the daily management of the credit card Portfolios. Manages relationships with vendors. Develops new credit card products and programs in conjunction with managers and marketing staff and presents proposals to potential credit card cardholders. Ensures all aspects of the card programs adhere to card brand regulations, internal polices, and operating procedures. 1. Responsible for the Credit card portfolio. Includes working with vendors regarding daily operational activities and ensures accurate data. Works with external and internal sources to resolve issues 'problems that affect cardholders. Works with cardholders to resolve escalated issues. Pulls reports for review of portfolio management, monitors card portfolio activity and performance. 2. Work with marketing to gain insight and develop clear marketing strategies in order to develop a calendar for acquisition and utilization campaigns. Develop new card programs and amend existing programs in conjunction with budget and management objectives. 3. Create CO-Brand and custom product. Work with Financial Institutions who are looking for a commercial credit card solution. Work with processor to set up Co-Brand product. Lay out and document the process. So it can be replicated to other prospective clients. 4. Develop and train internal Lead Customer Service Manager. Assist Lead Manager with developing a training plan and schedule for Customer Service Representatives and updating the Share point website. 5. Responsible for placing collection accounts with 3 party companies and filing small claims on charged off accounts. 6. Performs other job related projects and duties as assigned.
