Overview How You Can Make a Difference The Sr Recruiting Coordinator plays a crucial role in the recruitment process, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for candidates and hiring managers alike. This position involves coordinating various aspects of the hiring process, including scheduling interviews, offer management, onboarding compliance, and maintaining accurate records in the applicant tracking system. The Recruiting Coordinator collaborates closely with the recruiting team and other departments to support the company’s hiring goals and contribute to a positive candidate experience.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of three years of experience in a recruiting, staffing, HR or similar role.
  • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other HR software.
  • Familiarity with background check processes and I9/E-Verify compliance requirements.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations related to hiring and onboarding.

  • Exposure to any talent acquisition and/or human resources internships preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
  • Manage and resolve any scheduling conflicts or changes promptly.
  • Prepare and extend written offer letters to selected candidates in collaboration with the Talent Partner, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed.
  • Manage the onboarding workflow in ATS to gather necessary information prior to the new hire’s start date.
  • Facilitate background check processes for all new hires, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
  • Support the I-9 process for new hires, ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
  • Assist in the applicant screening process during peak season.
