Amazon's advertising business is experiencing rapid growth, creating unique challenges in managing high-volume advertising submissions while maintaining an exceptional customer experience and meeting advertiser demands. In this role, you will be responsible for deeply understanding the processes we maintain, you will relentlessly seek out improvement opportunities, and you will act as an advocate for our customers, advertisers, and our team. Your responsibilities will also include tracking, analysis, and reporting activities. A successful candidate enjoys investigating ambiguous and complex business processes, has a track record of successfully leading large-scale operational improvement initiatives, has strong analytical capabilities, is an effective communicator, has strong stakeholder management skills, and will dive deep into the weeds of a problem to find solutions. You will work cross-functionally across the ads business, working directly with Policy, Sales, Operations, Product, and others, including senior leadership.
