About The Position

The Sr. Account Executive- Engagement will work cooperatively with the engagement team to retain and grow assigned accounts with gross margin while increasing customer satisfaction. Effectively applies industry trends and technology to client solutions and presentations. Manages engagement dashboards production schedules, ensuring programs are executed on time and budget. Presents to current and potential clients demonstrating program success and future opportunities. Provides detailed monthly and annual reports. Conducted competitive analysis of engagement programs. Provide promotion specific reporting and results to internal team and clients. Creates special offers and engagement campaigns to increase the volume of a specific category. Responsible for growth of assigned accounts by increasing sales and margin. Responsible for delivering projects within deadlines and budget. Maintain strong relationships with BIG’s sales force, client services teams, and vendor partners. Create case studies and update Content Management System to generate awareness within BIG. Analyze past promotion results to improve current and future promotions. Develop and maintain key customer relationships including contacts in procurement, auditing, and VIPs. Preparation and presentation of annual business review Conduct regularly scheduled meetings with client(s) to ensure optimal communication and service needs are met. Monitor account report and ensure accuracy and timeliness of reports to clients.

Requirements

  • Experience in managing technology solution projects, SaaS experience highly desirable.
  • 2-4 years of experience working in Project/Product/Program Management.
