Our Live Oak, FL plant consists of one production line that colors and bags two different types of recycled rubber mulch in a variety of colors. Our rubber mulch products are used in playgrounds as a safety surface and in landscapes as an alternative to wood mulch. Daily you will be expected to safely and successfully stack rubber mulch bags onto pallets while adhering to company packaging and pallet standards.  1st shift works from 6:45am-5:30pm and 2nd shift works from 4:45pm - 3:30am.

Requirements

  • Ability to stand and move around for long periods of time.
  • Ability to work through various weather conditions
  • Ability to lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs., required.
  • High School Diploma or GED, required.
  • 18 years or older
  • Strong willingness to work hard, reliable, attentive and attention to detail.
  • Ability to lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs., required.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with how a semi-automated palletizer operates and possesses the ability to help identify any general operating issues or problems, preferred.
  • 1-2 years’ experience working in an industrial operations environment, preferred.

Responsibilities
