The Tennessee Titans are seeking a Fellow to assist with the day-to-day operations of supporting the Stadium Operations and Maintenance team. The Fellow must also be capable of working across different departments and cultivating relationships within and outside of the organization. In addition to the job responsibilities described below, the Fellow will take part in various professional development opportunities throughout the term of the Fellowship Program to develop skills critical to future career growth. This is a temporary, full-time position that will begin on June 10, 2026, and conclude on May 21, 2027.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or completion of an accredited technical or trade certificate program in a maintenance-related discipline
  • Initiative in resolving problems with an enthusiasm and energetic approach to work
  • Basic computer skills (including Microsoft Office & Outlook)
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to act urgently and communicate often and clearly
  • Ability to work independently and with a team.
  • Comfortable working flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, holidays, and long event days
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift light to moderate equipment (up to 30lbs)
  • This is an in-person role located at Nissan Stadium in Nashville, TN

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the daily needs of the following departments: Stadium Operations and Maintenance.
  • Serve as the main point of contact in stadium command on event and game days.
  • Learn the stadium work order system to be able to disseminate information to the different departments through our 24/7 software.
  • Assist in inventory management, maintaining current inventory and ordering new inventory.
  • Assist with stadium migration duties, including equipment transport and the decommissioning of unneeded assets at the previous location.
