The Tennessee Titans are seeking a Fellow to assist with the day-to-day operations of supporting the Strategic Operations team. The role of the Strategic Operations department is to help the organization achieve its strategic goals through efficient support and leadership team. The Strat Ops team is focused on tackling special projects, amplifying our leadership teams’ impact and being a resource to departments facing complex challenges. In addition to the job responsibilities described below, the Fellow will take part in various professional development opportunities throughout the term of the Fellowship Program to develop skills critical to future career growth. This is a temporary, full-time position that will begin on June 10, 2026, and conclude on May 21, 2027.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Word and Outlook required
  • Strong communication skills, with proficiency in speaking and writing
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, maintaining a professional demeanor when interacting with team members, customers and/or vendors
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks, especially in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability and willingness to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends and holidays as needed

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to and execute special projects that range in scale, working closely with individuals from different departments and external stakeholders.
  • Bring a strategic and eager approach to administrative duties, understanding that there is no task too big or too small. Examples include managing mail for the practice facility and stadium, restocking supplies, supporting the visitor management process and facility operation needs.
  • Contribute to gameday and major event operations by assisting with various high-level guests and building coordination.
  • Embrace the unpredictability of a role where daily tasks will change and require a strong problem-solving attitude.
