Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) has an exciting opportunity for a Mid-level or Senior Level Staff Analyst to support the 767/777 Fulfillment Organization in Everett, WA. In this role, you have the unique opportunity to build relationships and collaborate across the multiple organizations within Fulfillment and across the Everett site. This ideal candidate will develop plans and objectives and provide data for management review and tracking performance to plan. Develops, coordinates and assesses architecture of meeting content and leadership briefings. Analyzes data and summarizes budget information, workforce levels, training requirements and equipment/facility needs. Position Responsibilities: Mid- Level (Level 3): Supporting Senior Leadership 767/777 Fulfillment Develops plans for long-range strategies, organizational goals, objectives and initiatives Provides data for management review and tracking performance to plan Develops, coordinates and assesses architecture of meeting content and leadership briefings Conducts research and analyzes data from multiple sources. Delivers informational or technical materials Researches and evaluates strategic organizational issues and identifies options Provides strategic design, logistics and facilitation of large meetings/events Develops and maintains the project schedule and budget Monitors and tracks execution of the plan and communicates status to all project participants Plans and coordinates organizational facility requirements. Develops and deploys localized training content Senior (Level 4): Supporting Director for 767/777 Fulfillment Leads the development, planning and execution of employee-related activities and initiatives Partners with organization leaders on long-range strategies, organizational goals, objectives and initiatives Reviews and evaluates strategic organizational issues and identifies implementation recommendations Provides continuous assessment of overall meeting/review architecture Analyzes and summarizes data used in the development and proposal of organizational direction (e.g., budget information, workforce levels, training requirements and equipment/facility needs) Develops executive level briefings Leads the design, logistics and facilitation of large meetings/events Leads the development and maintenance of the project schedule and budget; monitors and tracks execution of the plan and communicates status Plans and coordinates organizational facility requirements Leads the development and deployment of training content Collaborates with subject matter experts, suppliers, partners and customers to deploy broad organizational training
