About The Position

The Staff Assistant performs traditional administrative functions to facilitate the efficient operation of the office. The Staff Assistant serves as the primary administrative support person for a large department or group of physicians

Requirements

• Must possess an Associate Degree or equivalent experience
• Previous employment in an office environment sufficient to demonstrate advanced administrative support skills

Responsibilities

• providing administrative support
• maintaining multiple provider schedules for call duties, testing covering; including the updating of the Amion system
• supporting provider recruitment itineraries
• entering of days off in Workday
