Staff Development Coordinator (RN) – Infection Prevention Karcher Post Acute Karcher Post Acute is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team as a Staff Development Coordinator with Infection Prevention experience. Position Summary The Staff Development Coordinator is responsible for planning, organizing, and directing staff education and training programs while overseeing infection prevention practices within the facility. This role plays a key part in supporting staff competency, regulatory compliance, and the overall quality of care for our residents.
Requirements
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license required
- Infection Prevention experience required

Responsibilities
- Coordinate and conduct staff orientation and ongoing education programs

- Collaborate with leadership to promote quality improvement initiatives
- Maintain accurate education and infection control documentation
