Staff DFT Engineer
About The Position
We are looking for a staff DFT engineer with expertise in DFT and associated domains and skills in the following areas. Knowledge of latest state-of-the-art trends in DFT, test and silicon engineering. Hands-on experience with JTAG standards (1149.1 and 1149.6, 1687) and boundary scan . Expertise with Scan architecture and BIST architectures and memory repair Hands-on experience with ATPG and EDA tools like Tessent tool suite, PrimeTime Verification skills include, Logic Equivalence checking and validating the STA constraints Experience working with Gate level simulation, and debug with industry simulators. Post-silicon validation and debug experience; Ability to work with ATE patterns Strong written and verbal communication skills and collaboration with other teams Strong automation skills and scripting skills using - Tcl, Perl, shell scripting Bachelor's in Electrical or Computer Engineering required with a minimum of 8+ years of relevant industry experience or a Master's Degree with a minimum of 6+ years of relevant industry experience
