About The Position

Visa is expanding its Global Product Design Team to support a growing digital product ecosystem across Consumer, Commercial Money Movement, Value‑Added Services, and Platforms. We continuously rethink and redefine how people interact with Visa’s products and services. Our team is composed of innovative thinkers and strategic problem‑solvers who are as analytical as they are creative. We value hard work, accountability, collaboration, and we prize proven skills and team success over personal gain. As a Staff Experience Designer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping end‑to-end experiences, elevating design quality, and driving cross‑functional alignment. You will lead through influence, demonstrate mastery of your craft, and consistently raise the bar for product vision, usability, accessibility, and systems thinking.
