Requirements

  • Proven experience managing revenue for short-term or vacation rental portfolios.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and refine revenue management strategies tailored to assigned rental portfolios, ensuring alignment with market trends and operator objectives.
  • Generate weekly pacing reports and monthly strategy recommendations with actionable insights to optimize financial performance.
  • Provide training, benchmarking, and context to operators to help them understand and act on their data effectively.
  • Document, standardize, and improve revenue management processes, SOPs, and best practices.
  • Share practitioner insights to inform product development and revenue management education initiatives.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure revenue strategies are executed effectively and at scale.
