As a member of the Centralized Staffing Operation team, you will conduct customer service and support caregivers on nursing units at Cleveland Clinic Hospitals. In this role, you will review and communicate staffing and scheduling adjustments encompassing nurse to patient ratios. Ultimately, your efforts help directly improve patient care and operations across the Cleveland Clinic Enterprise. A caregiver in this position works on a PRN (as-needed) basis and must maintain a flexible schedule to meet staffing needs.
