Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for a Staffing Coordinator to join our team in Speedway, IN. Are you a people person who enjoys hands-on scheduling and working face-to-face with employees and clients? In this key role, the Staffing Coordinator will supervise field staff, enforce safety protocols, proactively support client needs, resolve issues in real time, and improve operational efficiency. You will begin at one of our three Indianapolis branches while we assess where your skills are best utilized, and perform essential administrative duties. Requirements
- Bilingual (English & Spanish)
- 1 to 2 years of experience within staffing industry or administrative experience is preferred
- At least 1 year of experience supervising a workforce in a manufacturing environment
- Highly organized multitasker who works well in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional organizational abilities and enjoy problem-solving
Responsibilities
- Supervise field employees, including scheduling, attendance, coaching, and terminations.
- Approach customer service with flexibility and accessibility for both client and associates.
- Communicate clearly and work well both independently and in teams
- Understand and enforce safety protocols.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation on attendance and hours worked, providing accurate reporting to the client and Accurate leadership.
- Demonstrate strong problem-solving, conflict resolution and customer service skills
- As needed, Interview candidates, assess qualifications, and make job offers
- Adapt to changing environments and follow company policies
- Support diversity and comply with EEO standards
