About The Position

BAYADA Home Health Care is a nonprofit organization built on compassion, excellence, and reliability. In our Assistive Care offices, we support clients with personal care needs by connecting them with dedicated caregivers and ensuring services run smoothly every day. This is a fast-paced, people-facing role where no two days look the same. You’ll be the go-to person helping coordinate care between clients, caregivers, and internal teams. If you enjoy talking to people, solving problems on the fly, and staying organized in a high-volume environment, this role is for you.

Requirements

  • Experience in customer service, staffing, scheduling, or coordination (healthcare a plus, not required)
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-call-volume environment
  • Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with different personalities
  • Organized, proactive, and able to multitask
  • Someone who brings energy, urgency, and a team-first attitude

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate caregiver schedules and handle real-time call-outs and urgent coverage needs
  • Communicate daily with clients, caregivers, and referral sources
  • Build strong relationships and deliver a high level of customer service and support
  • Partner closely with the Clinical Manager to support field staff
  • Help ensure services are running smoothly and issues are resolved quickly
