About The Position
LK Jordan & Associates is seeking a results-driven Staffing Supervisor to join our Austin team! If you’re passionate about connecting people with meaningful work and delivering excellent client service, this role is for you.
Requirements
- Associate’s degree in Business OR 3–5 years of recruiting experience (field sales or college recruiting preferred)
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Proven ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Valid driver’s license and auto insurance required
Nice To Haves
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
Responsibilities
- Recruit, interview, and place qualified candidates in temporary, temp-to-hire, and direct hire roles
- Manage client accounts and develop long-term business relationships
- Fill job orders quickly while maintaining quality placements
- Conduct candidate screenings, reference checks, and offer negotiations
- Make inside sales calls and grow client base through strong service
- Attend job fairs and community events to source top talent
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements
- Travel to client sites as needed (local travel only)
