Job Summary:

Seeking a healthcare professional to support stakeholder engagement and provider outreach for a Rural Health Transformation program.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (Public Health, Healthcare, Communications, or related)
• 4+ years’ experience in healthcare engagement or provider relations
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Experience working with multiple stakeholders
• Full-time (40 hrs/week)
• Remote with monthly travel required
• Must have reliable internet connection

Responsibilities

• Engage with healthcare providers (hospitals, clinics, physicians)
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings and workshops
• Coordinate outreach and communication activities
• Support payer-provider collaboration
• Track engagement activities and prepare updates
