About The Position
Bring precision, skill, and pride to every countertop you touch! As a Fabricator at Classic Rock, you’ll shape, polish, and inspect countertops to perfection, ensuring every edge and surface meets our high-quality standards. This role is perfect for detail-oriented, hands-on individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, team-focused environment. 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM ($2/hour shift differential added to base pay) Why Classic Rock Fabrication? Requirements
- Read and comprehend fabrication drawings and instructions
- Perform precise measurements using tape measure to 1/16th inch
- Apply common sense to solve problems and follow instructions
- Communicate clearly with management and team members
- Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, fractions, decimals)
- High school diploma or GED, or equivalent experience
- Strong attention to detail, pride in workmanship, and commitment to safety
- Frequent standing, walking, reaching, lifting, pushing/pulling, and handling materials (max 100 lbs)
- Indoor, non-temperature-controlled workspace
- Loud to very loud environment—safety attire required: steel-toe boots, protective eyewear, hearing protection
Nice To Haves
- 3–6 months related fabrication experience preferred but not required
Responsibilities
- Read and interpret fabrication drawings with accuracy
- Polish edges and splashes using pneumatic hand tools
- Maintain CRF quality standards throughout every project
- Handle products carefully and ensure timely project completion
- Report any quality issues to the Operations Manager
- Participate in repairs and custom fabrication projects
- Keep your workspace clean, organized, and efficient
- Operate forklifts safely (certification provided/maintained)
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies

- Support management with additional duties as needed
