About The Position

Rebag is actively seeking a Client Experience Sales Manager working in our Short Hills' retail store and focused on clienteling. This sales-focused role involves efficiently advising, educating, styling and assisting customers. Candidates are responsible for providing an elevated customer experience to confidently interact and engage with customers. This is a true start-up sales environment.

Requirements

  • Luxury fashion experience in sales and have a knowledge of the luxury resale market
  • Experience with CRM and a clienteling tools
  • Self-motivated and strong background in driving sales
  • Proven track record of exceptional performance, high productivity and meeting deadlines
  • Multitasking and strong time management
  • Strong project planning, tracking & organizing skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; must be able to present data in an organized manner
  • Able to present a case study on the industry and what makes Rebag a leader in the Industry
  • Team-oriented and possesses the ability to work cross-functionally with other groups.
  • Strong organization, prioritization and time management skills; highly attentive to detail.
  • Ability to work across multiple systems.
  • Enthusiastic and passionate about the changes in the resale industry.
