Fuller’s CILBond® and Elastomer product lines. CILBond® technologies serve the rubber-to-substrate bonding market, while the Elastomer portfolio enhances rubber formulations and performance. This role balances strategic account management with proactive business development, partnering closely with customers, distributors, and internal teams. The position focuses on value‑based selling, margin optimization, and long‑term customer success.
