QualificationsGeneral Position Summary The Strategic Accounts Sales Manager is responsible for leading and expanding sales initiatives within designated strategic market segments. This role involves building and nurturing strong client relationships, identifying customer-specific needs, and delivering tailored solutions to drive growth and customer satisfaction. The position collaborates closely with the Director of Strategic Accounts Sales and cross-functional teams to ensure account success. Key performance indicators include: Travel and client engagement planning Sales pipeline development and opportunity creation Industry event participation Timely task execution and follow-up Success is measured by achievement of annual revenue and booking targets, effective expense and margin management, and sustained customer satisfaction.
